The wonderful Cho family at Claude Moore Park in Sterling, Virginia. Rain was threatening us all day, but when we got to our shoot location, the clouds gave way just in time and gave us some amazing light.

Alex and Kimmy's Engagement Shoot
I had such an amazing time taking photos for Alex and Kimmy in beautiful Old Town Alexandria! I love taking photos in Old Town. There is a picture perfect backdrop on nearly every street. Some of the locations that we shot at were Wilkes Tunnel, Swift Alley, the fountains at the courthouse, and ended the day at Oronoco Bay Park. Kimmy and Alex looked great and really made the pictures easy. Kimmy looked especially stunning in her classic black dress! The shots with their two fur babies, Bowser and Bella, were absolutely adorable.

While vacationing in beautiful Cancun, Mexico, we got up at 5 AM, and made our way to the beach to do a couples shoot. It was an overcast day, and the clouds were blocking most of our view. Fortunately, a small break in the clouds formed which allowed us to take some breath taking photos...

Magfest 2016
I had the pleasure of attending my first con over the weekend! It was quite the experience. From the hundreds of arcade cabinets, the merchants, the live music... it was all very fun! Of course, you can't have a convention without some cosplay! I was very impressed by the intricate outfits that the cosplayers had made. Here are a few of the shots that I took. Enjoy!

These photos were taken while on a nice scenic walk, with Casey, at Susan Constant Lake in Virginia Beach. The view of the sunset reflecting off of the lake was absolutely stunning. We followed up with some fun indoor shots.
